Privacy

This website is run for Rafael “Rene” Asprer, REALTOR®. This page explains how personal information you share here is handled. We follow Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and Canada’s anti-spam legislation.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, your plans (for example buying or selling, your timeline and whether you’re pre-approved), the address of a home you’d like evaluated, and any message. We also record the consent you gave, the time, the page you were on, how you found the site (such as an ad campaign or a referring website) and a scrambled version of your internet address, which we use only to block spam.

If you call or text Rene, your phone number and messages are handled like any other call or text he receives.

Why we collect it

To answer you: to call, text or email you about your request, book a call or consultation, prepare a home evaluation, and help you buy or sell a home. We don’t sell your information.

Who sees it

Rene, his brokerage when it’s needed for your transaction, and the service providers that run this website and Rene’s messaging and scheduling tools, including an automated assistant that may text you on his behalf. Those providers may store information outside Alberta or Canada. They are only allowed to use it to provide their service.

Your choices

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and ask Rene to stop calling or emailing you. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling or texting Rene at 403-708-6533. We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site stores a small note in your browser about how you first found it, so we can tell which ads and pages are useful. If we add website analytics or advertising tools, we’ll list them here.
